Remove Extra Space

Functioning: Removes gaps between two words. Subsitutes 2 or more spaces with single space in selected cells.

Case Study: Expense Schedule (refer screen-cliping below) generated by some old ERP system is having too many spaces between 2 words. We want to get rid of extra spaces between words.

Normal Method: Use TRIM function
