FAQ & Troubleshooting
Unable to connect with Tally Prime
This error is displayed when utility is not able to communicate with XML Server of Tally. Kindly ensure below things:
- Tally Prime must be running

Ensure XML Server of Tally Prime is enabled. XML Server can be enabled from this menue
F1:Help > Settings > Connectivity > Client/Server configuration > TallyPrime acts as = Both
Privacy Policy
- Utility does not send any data over internet to any website
- Utility only pulls data out of Tally (does not push at all)
